This unique setting offers the perfect blend of color, light, and genuine moments—creating images that stand out from the ordinary and capture memories in a truly unforgettable way. Each session is designed to be fun, relaxed, and visually striking—whether it’s showcasing the personality of our senior ambassadors or capturing authentic family connections in an exciting environment.

Due to the limited nature of this event, availability is extremely limited. We encourage you to secure your session as soon as possible.

what is included in the session

When you book a Carnival Signature Session with Matt & Shea Photography, your session fee includes a carefully crafted experience designed to capture unforgettable moments in a vibrant, one-of-a-kind setting.

Your session includes:

  • A 30-minute on-location session with Matt & Shea at the carnival
    During your time, we will capture approximately 15–20 beautifully composed images, highlighting genuine expressions, dynamic lighting, and the unique atmosphere of the carnival.

  • Professional editing and artistic enhancement
    Each selected image is meticulously edited to reflect our signature style—featuring rich color, creative enhancements, and timeless black-and-white options.

  • Complimentary social media sample
    Every session includes a featured image perfect for sharing. With your permission, this may also be showcased on our Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

  • Due to the moving process of us changing studios, ordering sessions are temporarily unavailable, so we are trying something new!! Each session will receive an Infinity Gallery with digital download and full print release, already factored into the pricing!! Any prints, albums, or wall art will be sold through the online gallery.

The Carnival is only here for a limited time (last day is Sunday), so we need to make these sessions happen as quickly as possible. We are offering two types of sessions: senior ambassador sessions for our ambassadors in 2026. These sessions will feature dramatic, dark lighting, take place near or after sunset, and produce some amazing images that your senior is going to love!!!

Here is the information on our senior nights

April 16th & 17th – Exclusive nights for our Class of 2027 Senior Ambassadors
(Think bold, cinematic, “main character at the carnival” energy)

The following evening will be open to all remaining clients. Saturday is designated for families, children, and couples, with Sunday evening reserved as an additional date should Saturday sessions reach full capacity.

April 18th and possibly 19th will be for everyone else wanting to take advantage of this amazing session before the carnival packs up.

These sessions are perfect for:

  • Families

  • Children (must be able to stand independently)

  • Couples (ideal for engagement-style portraits)

For the safety of our youngest participants, any child who is unable to stand on their own must be held by a parent or an older sibling who can safely support them while standing and be part of the session.

We look forward to creating something truly special for everyone involved.

Senior Ambassadors-

There is no session fee for the April 18th and 19th sessions—just one of the perks of being part of the program.

If you choose to preorder your digital images, you’ll receive a $50 savings, bringing your total to just $250 for the session’s digital collection.

Take advantage of the savings and lock them in early!

Family & Kids Carnival Sessions-

You have the flexibility to choose a daytime or nighttime experience—whichever fits your style best.

The session fee is $50 to reserve your spot, and you can preorder your digital collection for $300 at time of booking and save $100 (normally $400)

SmileSavers Plan Members-
Your session fee is completely waived (included in your membership), and your exclusive preorder digital price is just $250.

Spots are limited, so be sure to secure your session early!

There are only a few spots available to book this session, so if you want to do it, make sure to grab a spot as fast as possible. To book a senior spot, you need to either be a Senior Ambassador for the class of 2026 or 2027 on the first two nights. Then Saturday night is for anyone else. The senior ambassador days will have a group of seniors there and a group ambassador portrait for social media and advertising will be taken.

Fill out the form below to book one of the time spots available for this event. Once we receive your form we will send an invoice, once the invoice is paid, your time is locked in and confirmed.

session policies

Matt and Shea Photography can not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during their sessions. We take all precautions to make sure that baby is safe during the session.

Due to allergies and other legalities, Matt and Shea Photography does supply the cake for the smash cake, that responsiblity falls on the parents.

While we have an abundance of props, and try to create something custom for every birthday boy/girl. We do not gaurentee that we are going to have the exact props that you are looking to showcase in your pictures. If you are wanting specific props, your are welcome to bring whatever you would like the day of your session.

Session deposits are non-refundable but should a 24-hour notice be given, your session can be rescheduled to another date or the amount be transferred to another regular session we offer. Deposits can not be put toward mini-session fees or events.

Should your child become ill, we ask that you wait a 48 hour period of them being over their illness before coming to the studio. Please call the studio to reschedule your session if they become ill.

Images take 7-10 days to upload and edit before we are able to show them

A social sample will be posted from your session, please let us know if you do not want your image posted on our Instagram, Facebook or other social media.
