Shea specializes in newborn portraiture and has completed specialized education in newborn photography, posing and safety through Accredited Professional Newborn Photographers International.
Her approach is gentle, patient and baby-led. If your baby needs to eat, change, settle or spend time with Mom or Dad, we stop and give them what they need.

When should I schedule newborn photos?
Contact us during pregnancy whenever possible. Your due date gives us a general timeframe and we'll finalize scheduling after your baby arrives.
What age is best for newborn photography?
Traditional sleepy newborn portraits are generally easiest during the first few weeks after birth, but every baby develops differently and older newborns can still be photographed beautifully.
How long does a newborn session take?
Sessions are intentionally not rushed and may take several hours depending on your baby's needs and the experience selected.
What if my baby won't sleep?
That's okay. We follow your baby's cues and create beautiful portraits whether your newborn is asleep or awake.
Is newborn photography safe?
Safety is our first priority. Shea has specialized education in newborn photography, posing and safety, and we use baby-led techniques.
Can parents and siblings be photographed?
Yes. Parent and sibling portraits can be incorporated depending on the newborn experience you select.
What should we wear?
We'll provide guidance before your session. Simple, coordinated clothing and neutral tones photograph beautifully.
Do you provide props and wraps?
Yes. Our studio has wraps, backgrounds, props and accessories available for newborn sessions.
