What does the organization pay?
Qualifying rec-league programs may be photographed without an upfront organization photography fee. Program structure depends on roster size, schedule, location and requested deliverables. Tell us about your organization below and we will build the right plan.
Who handles orders and parent questions?
Our studio does. Families order directly, and Matt & Shea Photography handles payments, questions, product production and fulfillment. Your volunteers can stay focused on the season.
How many athletes can you photograph?
We can structure media days for a single team or a full organization with multiple divisions. Roster size determines the number of stations, photographers and time blocks we recommend.
Can you match our team colors and branding?
Yes. We design the program around your colors, name and approved identity so portraits, graphics and products feel connected across the organization.
Which sports do you photograph?
Baseball, softball, football, soccer, basketball, cheer and other youth programs. If your organization has multiple sports, list all of them in the inquiry form.
How early should we reserve a date?
Contact us as soon as the season schedule is available. Larger organizations need more planning, and prime evening and weekend dates fill first.
