Base Outdoor Family Session (60 Minutes)

$100 deposit to book your session

• 60-minute sessions at a location within 15 miles of the studio, time includes travel. For other locations please contact the studio at (423)521-7427 for booking

• A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your studio session and any ideas. This can take place via phone, text, or Zoom/FaceTime

• Access to our large collection of props and furniture to add to your session to give it that custom, natural, and elegant feeling

• This session includes your immediate family up to 8 people. If your family has more than 8 people please choose the Signature Session If your session has 3 or more children ages 1-3 years old, we do require you to upgrade your session to the 90-minute outdoor session to help accommodate the toddlers

• Each session produces a social sample to be posted on our Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms. Feel free to share this image on your page and make sure to tag us;)

• The session produces around 30-40 images for your collection. Then images will be edited with blemish removal, skin softening, and color correction to ensure that your images look perfect

• You also get an Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room about a week later to look at your images and make your selections. Pricing is a la cart and prints start at $15 while additional digitals start at $50

• Your deposit of $100 will be credited back toward print credit at your ordering session

The $100 deposit reserves your time at the studio and is non-refundable. Digital images are available for purchase at the ordering session but are not included with the session deposit.

Signature Outdoor Family Session (90 Minutes)

$150 deposit to book your session

Here is what is included with this session:

• A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your studio session and any ideas. This can take place via phone, text, or Zoom/FaceTime

• This session includes as many people in your family as you would like, but if you do have a larger group that is going to take more time, please contact the studio to accommodate your group. If your session has 3 or more children ages 1-3 years old, we do require you to upgrade your session to the 90-minute outdoor session to help accommodate the toddlers

Other Information

• We photograph 5 days a week, Tuesday- Saturday, but if your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking please fill out your top three choices for your session time.

• When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this session deposits are non-refundable.

• Please make sure to select the session that will fulfill your photography needs for the time, outfits, and location you desire. Simplicity sessions are one outfit and take place in the studio or at a location picked by Matt & Shea due to the time limitations.

• Due to the safety of our equipment, if your session is outdoors and there is a 40% chance of rain or a humidity level higher than 50% the session will be rescheduled or moved into the studio should you desire. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.

• If your child is appearing sick, or has been sick, please contact the studio and reschedule your session. Sick babies do not like getting their picture made and Matt and Shea are around a lot of children and our number one priority is to keep them healthy and safe.

• Additional images will be taken and shown at all viewing sessions and will be available for purchase if desired.

• I travel all over the country for photography and keep my pricing the same with the exception of travel. Please contact the studio for a travel quote at 423-521-7427. Please have an exact location where you would like the session to take place so we can plan accordingly

• In the event that you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
