Maternity Simplicity

$75 deposit to book your session

• 30-min studio session that will take place in our custom-designed 1500-square-foot studio

• A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your maternity session and any ideas. This can take place via phone, text, or Zoom/FaceTime

• Access to our maternity gown collection filled with gowns that we have collected through the years, and tons of props and furniture to create your perfect maternity portrait

• This session offers one outfit, you can choose to make the outfit one of our gowns from our collection

• The session produces around 15-20 images that will be edited with blemish removal, skin softening, and color correction to ensure that your images look perfect

• Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room, about a week later, to look at your images and make your selections. Pricing is a la cart and prints start at $15 while additional digitals start at $50

• Your deposit of $75 will be credited back toward print credit at your ordering session

Family is more than welcome to participate in the maternity simplicity session, should you want to upgrade your session at any time, please contact the studio 24 hours before the session so we can accommodate the additional time on our schedule, should it be available.

Maternity Studio Session

$100 deposit to book your session

• 60-minute studio session that will take place in our custom-designed 1500-square-foot studio

• A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your maternity session and any ideas. This can take place via phone, text, or Zoom/FaceTime

• Access to our maternity gown collection filled with gowns that we have collected through the years, and tons of props and furniture to create your perfect maternity portrait

• This session includes outfit changes, so feel free to bring a couple so Matt and Shea can advise you on which will look the best for your images

• The session produces around 30-40 images that will be edited with blemish removal, skin softening, and color correction to ensure that your images look perfect

• Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room, about a week later, to look at your images and make your selections. Pricing is a la cart and prints start at $15 while additional digitals start at $50

• Your deposit $100 will be credited back toward print credit at your ordering session

Family is more than welcome to participate in the studio session, should you want to add additional hours to the session, you can do so for $100 an hour.

Maternity Outdoor Session

$150 deposit to book your session

• 90-minute outdoor session that will take at a location that will accent your wardrobe and showcase the amazing beauty that nature has to offer here in the Tennessee Valley

• A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your maternity session and any ideas. This can take place via phone, text, or Zoom/FaceTime

• Access to our maternity gown collection filled with gowns that we have collected through the years, and tons of props and furniture to take with us to the location

• This session includes outfit changes, so feel free to bring a couple so Matt and Shea can advise you on which will look the best for your images

• The session produces around 30-40 images that will be edited with blemish removal, skin softening, and color correction to ensure that your images look perfect

• You will receive 15 high-resolution images with digital download and full print release that you can choose at your viewing/ordering session.

• Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room, about a week later, to look at your images and make your selections. Pricing is a la cart and prints start at $15 while additional digitals start at $50

Family is more than welcome and encouraged to participate in the session. Should you want to add additional hours to the session, you can do so for $100 an hour.

Other Information

• We photograph 5 days a week, Tuesday- Saturday, but if your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking please fill out your top three choices for your session time.

• When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this session deposits are non-refundable.

• Please make sure to select the session that will fulfill your photography needs for the time, outfits, and location you desire. Simplicity sessions are one outfit and take place in the studio or at a location picked by Matt & Shea due to the time limitations.

• Due to the safety of our equipment, if your session is outdoors and there is a 40% chance of rain or a humidity level higher than 50% the session will be rescheduled or moved into the studio should you desire. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.

• If your child is appearing sick, or has been sick, please contact the studio and reschedule your session. Sick babies do not like getting their picture made and Matt and Shea are around a lot of children and our number one priority is to keep them healthy and safe.

• Additional images will be taken and shown at all viewing sessions and will be available for purchase if desired.

• I travel all over the country for photography and keep my pricing the same with the exception of travel. Please contact the studio for a travel quote at 423-521-7427. Please have an exact location where you would like the session to take place so we can plan accordingly

• In the event that you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
