Twilight Mini Sessions will take place on August 30th and September 6th.

The days are gradually getting shorter, and the nights are becoming noticeably cooler. It’s the perfect moment for our beloved Twilight Minis!!! This delightful mini-session takes place outdoors, capturing the enchanting essence of the season with a stunning natural backdrop that showcases everything we adore about this beautiful time of year. To elevate the charm of the photographs even further, we expertly create custom colors that enhance that dreamy twilight atmosphere reminiscent of those warm, wonderful summer nights.

Here is what is included in this mini session:

  • A 30-minute session in our studio

  • social sample of one of your images that you can use for social media

  • the session will create 15-20 images for you to choose from and create your package. (no digital is included in the session fee)

  • one on one ordering and creation session

  • special event pricing that discounts our normal products up to 50% off

  • Please note that digital download of the images is not included with the session fee. The session fee covers the photographer’s time and talent, along with the set up of the outdoor scene and travel.

  • When you book your session with Matt and Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Please take into account nap time for your little one, we want them to be in their best mood.

  • If the weather is not cooperating according to the forecast on the morning of your session, we will reschedule you for a different day. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.

  • If you believe your child to be sick, please contact us so we can reschedule you. Your health and the health of our clients are very important to us, and we want you and your little one to look their absolute best!!!

  • If you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.

Twilight Mini Sessions

$50 Session Fee to Book (Included with Plan Memberships)

(If you need a weekday, please contact the studio and let us know and we will try to work out a time for you.)

Here is what is included with your session:

  • 20-minute session with our custom scene at Chester Frost Park with the exact location to be decided closer to the event.

  • Each session produces a social sample to be posted on our Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms. Feel free to share this image on your page and make sure to tag us;)

  • The session produces around 15-20 images to choose your package from that will be edited with blemish removal, skin softening, and color correction to ensure that your images look perfect

  • You also get an Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room about a week later to look at your images and make your selections.

  • Packages will start at $99.99 with digital options available starting at $20 with the entire digital collection starting at $225

Other Information

  • We photograph 5 days a week, Tuesday- Saturday, but if your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking please be sure to fill out your top three choices for your session time.

  • When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this session fees and deposits are non-refundable.

  • If the weather is not cooperating according to the forecast on the morning of your session, we will reschedule you for a different day. There is no penalty for weather reschedules. Rain percentages over 40%, and humidity over 50% is automatically rescheduled or moved indoors to ensure our equipment isn't affected.

  • Digital images are available for purchase but are NOT included with the session deposit. The session deposit covers the time and talent of the studio, props, insurance, travel, and assistance. Deposits do not go toward your purchase.

  • If you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited. If you book the session and can not make your time, contact the studio, we do not offer refunds but can transfer your session fee to another event or session with us.

  • if your child is sick or was sick the day before, please contact the studio for a reschedule. We are around babies every day, and what might be cold for your child could end up something much more serious for a baby.

  • there is a $100 minimum purchase required to participate in this event, the session fee is not included in this calculation.
