• When you book your session with Matt and Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else and due to this, deposits non-refundable.

• The session fee does not include the digital download or products. It covers the time and talent of Matt and Shea and holds your spot for the event. All products are ordered a la carte.

• if for any reason you believe your child to be ill, please contact the studio to reschedule at no loss to you. If we feel ill for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. Your family’s and our family’s health and safety is our number one priority.

• In the event that you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up or contacts us by 15 mins after your session time your session fee is forfeited.
