$175 Session Fee

It’s time to start getting those outfits ready. The Fall Portrait Season is Upon us!!! Soon the mountains are going to be covered with reds, golds, and oranges in nature’s most beautiful time of the year, and the best time to get Fall Family Portraits done.

Here is what is included in your session fee:

60-minute session at a location within 15 miles of the studio, time includes travel. For other locations please contact the studio at 423.521.7427 for booking
Up to 2 outfit changes are allowed concerning time
A pre-session phone consult with Matt to discuss your session should you desire
Access to our props, locations, and furniture
The session creates 30-40 images to select from when placing your order
Social Samples posted on our social accounts that you can use or share to your social account with your permission of course
Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s theatre room around a week after your session to look at your images and make your selections. An order is expected on the day of the session. Digital pricing starts at $50 while print pricing starts at $25 when creating your custom package.

Other Information

We photograph 5 days a week, Tuesday- Saturday, but if your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking please fill out your top three choices for your session time.
I travel all over the country for photography and keep my pricing the same except for travel. Please contact the studio for a travel quote at 423-521-7427. Please have an exact location where you would like the session to take place so we can plan accordingly
When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this, deposits are non-refundable.
Please make sure to select the session that will fulfill your photography needs for time, outfits, and location.
If the weather is not cooperating according to the forecast on the morning of your session, we will reschedule you for a different day. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
