60-minute studio session that will take place in our custom-designed 1500-square-foot studio
showcase up to your 2 favorite outfits for this experience
10 digital images (with option to purchase additional) in high resolution of your choice with full print release
Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room, about a week later, to look at your images and make your selections.

Here is what is included in your session fee:
2-hour session in our studio
Any special effects or furniture props that the studio offers, such as smoke and extra color lights.
Each player will have 3-5 images created to showcase their talent, whether it’s a dance move or a player’s position
Parents can order the day of the session as each image is shown as it is created. Packages are custom-tailored to include awesome sports products such as trading cards, bag tags, mugs, buttons, prints, digitals, and more
Your team will also receive a 4ft x 6ft banner that showcases your team image and logo along with names and the logos of any sponsors that you would like to showcase on your dugout, stands, or gym featuring fantastic artwork.

Whether your all-star athlete is just 4 years old, full of energy and excitement, or a senior preparing to graduate high school, Matt & Shea Photography is dedicated to capturing stunning images that will wow you and your talented young athlete. With over 15 years of experience, we have mastered the art of the dramatic sports portrait, skillfully creating incredible images that showcase the dedication and prowess of athletes across many disciplines, from baseball, basketball, cheerleading, dance, football, gymnastics… and many more… If you’re seeking something exceptional for your player, trust our expertise to deliver a portrait that is not just great but amazing!!
Here is what is included in your session fee:
1-hour session in our studio ($100) or at a location outdoors ($150 plus travel, depending on the location).
A pre-session phone consult with us to discuss what you are looking for in your session and any ideas.
Any special effects or furniture props that the studio offers, such as smoke and extra lights
The session creates 30-40 images edited with blemish removal and artwork for you to choose from when creating your package
Each session produces a social sample to be posted on our Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms. Feel free to share this image on your page and make sure to tag us;)
Signature Sports sessions offer a variety of products, such as banners, keychains, bag tags, water bottles, prints, digitals, and more…
You also get an Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s viewing room about a week later. During this consult, you will review your images with Matt or Shea. They will walk you through the various options and give professional guidance while you pick out your favorites.
As a bonus, you will receive a $75 print credit to use toward any print or physical product (not valid for mini sessions or any other specials). \
other information
We photograph five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. If your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking, please fill out your top three choices for your session time.
When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this session deposits are non-refundable.
Please make sure to select the session that will fulfill your photography needs for the time, outfits, and location you desire. Simplicity sessions are one outfit and take place in the studio or at a location picked by Matt & Shea due to the time limitations.
Due to the safety of our equipment, if your session is outdoors and there is a 40% chance of rain or a humidity level higher than 50% the session will be rescheduled or moved into the studio should you desire. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.
If your child appears sick or has been sick, please contact the studio and reschedule your session. Sick babies do not like having their pictures taken, and Matt and Shea are around many children. Our number one priority is keeping them healthy and safe.
I travel all over the country for photography and keep my pricing the same, with the exception of travel. Please contact the studio for a travel quote at 423-521-7427. Please have an exact location where you would like the session to take place so we can plan accordingly
If you need to cancel your session or reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can accommodate you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
