We provide three different engagement session options, designed to fit various budgets. You may prefer a more intimate session, allowing you to explore multiple locations and create stunning, memorable images. Alternatively, if you wish for a straightforward studio session, we can help you capture your first professional portrait together, perfect for display at your reception entrance. No matter your choice, Matt & Shea Photography is here to ensure that you and your fiancé capture that perfect portrait, setting the tone for your upcoming celebration.

$150 Session Fee
Matt and Shea's Studio Engagement Session offers couples a unique opportunity to capture their love in a beautifully curated environment. The soft lighting and versatile backdrops create a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for showcasing the couple’s personality and connection. With a focus on both candid and posed moments, the session allows for a mix of playful and romantic shots, resulting in a stunning collection of photographs that reflect their journey together. This personalized experience is designed to ensure couples feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, making it a memorable start to their wedding journey.
Here is what is included in the engagement studio session:
60-minute Studio Session in our Studio located in Hixson, TN
A pre-session phone consult with Matt and Shea to discuss what you are looking for in your maternity session
Access to our props and furniture to create the perfect images
Approx. 30-40 images to select from and create your package
Social Samples posted on our social accounts that you can use or share to your social account with your permission of course
Ordering and Viewing Consult in our studio’s theatre room to look at your images and make your selections. (Digital pricing starts at $50 while print pricing starts at $25 when creating your custom package.)
Your session fee will be credited back toward print credit at your ordering session
engagement signature session

Matt and Shea's engagement signature session captures the essence of their love story in stunning detail. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Chattanooga, the session highlights their chemistry through candid moments and expertly posed shots. Utilizing natural light and unique locations, the photography showcases not only their affection for one another but also the beautiful landscapes that define the area. Each image tells a story, making it a celebration of their journey together as they prepare for their upcoming wedding. With Matt & Shea Photography's professional approach, the session becomes a cherished memory that the couple will treasure for years to come.

90-minute session at a various locations within 15 miles of our studio (please contact use for specialty locations)
A pre-session phone consult with Matt and Shea to discuss what you are looking for in your maternity session
Access to our outdoor furniture and locations to help create the perfect engagement images
Approx. 30-40 images to select from and create your package
Social Samples posted on our social accounts that you can use or share to your social account with your permission of course

your deposit reserves your time at the studio and is non-refundable. digital images are available for purchase at the ordering session but are not included with the session deposit.

Book your session right here on our website, once you pay your session deposit, you will be asked to choose your top three date choices for your session. We do not guarantee your first choice, but I will make one of those three days work. You can also contact the studio before you book to ensure your date is available by calling (423)521-7427, texting us or by filling out the form below. Your session deposit will be returned to you in print credit at your ordering session.
viewing and ordering
When returning for your viewing and ordering session about a week or so after your photos are captured, we offer custom wall artwork such as gallery wraps, metal prints, and heritage wood creations, albums that are customized in coffee table format featuring your images elegantly designed, custom framing and many more portrait options to showcase images from your session. Digital collections are also available for purchase. I will help you choose the best products to complement your home, your style, and of course your budget.
