Picture Day- April 20th

Are you ready to capture the excitement of your child's sports season? Sports Portraits are literally, Matt’s favorite type of portrait, and on Saturday, April 20th, we will be at Rivermont Youth Athletic Association to take both team and individual portraits for your league. Our team of experienced photographers know how to capture the perfect portrait of your athlete and we can’t wait to show you the amazing products and packages that we will be offering. the process

Hey there and welcome to the beginning our your portrait journey with Matt and Shea Photography. Here is how the ordering process works.

Upon arriving to the tent area, make sure to have your team ready together, they will go through the process together. We will photograph 4-5 poses of your athlete, all of which you wiill be able to see on our screen setup.

after they get their picture made, you will head over to the ordering tent where one of our associates will show you the various packages and products that we will be offering for your event. Also keep in mind that we donate 10% of the net profits back to your league.
once you pick your package, you will head over the the cashier and check out, no need to wait around for a team photo… find out why below.
Finally the wait begins and your pictures and products are returned to you directly, for a drop shipping fee, or you can get your package from your park/coach. Processing takes around 3-4weeks. Digital is delivered via email and we ask for 1-2 weeks to get that email in your in box.

why composite?

Listen, Im a parent and I know how life throws things at us without warning, so when picture day comes around, and someone is late or sick… back in the day, that meant that they were not going to be in the team picture… not anymore! We take the players from your team, cut them out and create a custom piece of digital artwork that showcases your collective group of athletes into a really great group composite portrait. That way if we need to do a makeup day, the whole team doesnt have to be there, and your little athlete still gets to be in the team photo. digital images packages

Everyone asks us about our digital options with these events and what they include. Our digital is very different from others because we deliver your digital in a gallery called our Infinity Gallery. This gallery lets you download the high resolution image directly to your computer or tablet and gives you full print release to print your images up anywhere your heart desires. There are a couple different ways to get the digital images from your session. Some print pacakges offer both digital and prints or you can purcahse all your athlete’s digitals and team composite edited, colorgraded and ready for print for one price. Your Infinity Gallery will then remain up as long as our doors are open, (going on 21 years this year) for you or your family to download and redownload your images as many times as you would like. At Matt & Shea Photography, we strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our clients. To accommodate a variety of preferences, we accept all major credit cards and cash as payment. However, please note that we do not accept personal checks as a form of payment.
